How do I get started?
Open the Vinipuch bot in Telegram, choose a language, then top up your balance or activate a promo code or trial if available.
What is Vinipuch?
Vinipuch is a private access service: your traffic runs through an encrypted tunnel (VLESS · Reality on sing-box), and we process minimal data and keep no browsing history.
Which protocol does Vinipuch use?
VLESS with Reality on sing-box. You get an import link from the bot or web cabinet; it stays up to date if your server changes.
How many devices can I connect?
The current limit is shown on the plan card. Check it before you buy.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Trial length and any referral bonus are shown in Telegram before you activate access.
Data
What data does Vinipuch process?
Account data, payments, connection setup, total traffic counters and operational data needed to run and protect the service. Details are in the logging and retention policy.
Payments
How do payments work?
You top up a ruble balance via the methods shown as available. Plans are one-off charges from that balance. Auto-renew from balance is opt-in only — never from your card or wallet.
Can I get a cash refund?
Cash refunds are not available. See the published refund policy for details.
Config & traffic
Where do I get the config?
In the bot or web cabinet, open config when access is active. You get an import link that updates if your server changes.
Which clients are officially supported?
Official support is original sing-box only (SFA / SFM / computer). Download the client from the Vinipuch download page, then open Connect in the bot or web cabinet and add the remote profile URL. Third-party shells are not recommended.
Can local banks and apps work without turning access off?
Yes. The official sing-box remote profile includes routing so local services can go direct while other traffic stays in the tunnel. Exact rules depend on the current profile.
Does Vinipuch block ads?
Known ad-network domains can be blocked on the server for tunnel traffic. Exact coverage depends on the current node profile.
What if I run out of traffic?
Buy extra traffic in the bot or the web cabinet. Bought traffic can roll over to the next month; the plan quota resets each period. We notify you in Telegram.

How do I contact support?
Message the support bot with a clear description. Operators reply in the same chat. Common answers are also in this FAQ.
What should I include in a report?
Device and client app, approximate time, what you expected versus what happened, and a screenshot if it helps. Never send payment secrets or login cookies.
