Reality is not anonymity: traces the protocol does not remove

Published: 2026-09-20 · Updated: 2026-09-20

Reality in Vinipuch is a transport profile on TLS 1.3: the server is checked by public key, not by a certificate-authority chain. Together with VLESS that is an encrypted session on official sing-box, the same on every plan. The protocol does not erase site logins, cookies or phishing, and it does not cancel what a managed service processes under its policy. Vinipuch does not sell anonymity. The service does not keep browsing history. It does not promise absolute no-logs.

What Reality means in Vinipuch

The short definition lives in the glossary. Reality is transport on TLS 1.3. The client checks the server by a known public key, without its own certificate chain. In the product it is paired with VLESS on sing-box.

This article does not repeat the stack guide. The only focus is the boundary: transport is not anonymity.

Reality definition

Transport protects the session, not the person

An encrypted session covers the path between your device and the server. It is not signed with a passport name and it does not erase how you identified yourself to a site.

If you sign into mail as usual, the site still knows that sign-in. The tunnel changes the packet path, not the account.

What Reality and VLESS actually give in a managed service

A named stack on Economy, Standard, Comfort and Premium. An official client. A remote profile you can refresh without hand-edited JSON.

Speed is still your path, not an “invisibility mode”. We do not publish “N percent more hidden than another transport” claims.

VLESS and Reality guide

Traces the protocol does not remove

These are classes of boundary, not a guide to identifying a person.

Accounts, cookies, behaviour on sites

A login under your name, stored cookies, what you type into forms stay with the site. The tunnel does not cancel that.

The device and the messenger

Phishing, malware, a stolen Telegram. The service control channel can be compromised too. An official client narrows install chaos. It does not heal the device.

Data the service processes

A managed service sees the account, payments, access setup and traffic totals. Not browsing history and not DNS queries. That is an honest minimum, not a zero-knowledge theatre. Details are in the logging policy.

The fact of a path through infrastructure

The connection goes through the service servers. We do not spell out “who can see what” and we do not use agencies as scare props. The boundary is simple: the path exists, and the protocol does not make it invisible.

Why Vinipuch does not sell anonymity

Anonymity is easy to promise. It cannot be kept if there is an account, a payment and a user device. It is more honest to name the stack and publish the data list.

If you want your own server and full control of infrastructure, that is a different fork. Vinipuch stays a managed access service.

Managed or your own server

Official sing-box is not invisibility

SFI, SFA, SFW, SFM and SFL cut the chance of installing a random shell. That is install hygiene, not a new identity.

Short answers

Does Reality make me anonymous?

No. Reality describes how the server is checked and the session is encrypted. Anonymity does not follow from the protocol.

Does Vinipuch record nothing?

There is no browsing history. Operational records for the account, payments and safety exist. Absolute no-logs is not promised.

Is Premium more anonymous?

No. The stack is the same on every plan. A plan does not buy a “personhood mode”.

Do I need to build the core to be “more hidden”?

The public Vinipuch path is official sing-box and a remote profile. We do not publish a DIY core.
