How to choose private access: a checklist without slogans

Before you pay any access service, check the contract, not the slogan: what is logged, whether terms and refunds exist, how billing works, which client to install and where limits are published. Vinipuch publishes a data list, a ruble balance via SBP or cryptocurrency, official sing-box, and Economy, Standard, Comfort and Premium plan cards. Absolute no-logs is not a promise. Cash refunds are not available. This is a checklist, not a “best of the year” table.
Why a checklist, not a ranking
Rankings age badly and rarely show what a service does with data and money. A checklist asks questions you can answer with a URL, not an adjective.
Each item below is a question to any service, then how Vinipuch answers it. This is not legal advice and not a claim that “a website means it is safe”.
Data policy: a list, not a slogan
Ask whether there is a public list of what is processed and what is not. A no-logs slogan without a list cannot be checked. If a service claims it stores nothing at all, ask how the account, payments and quota still work.
What to ask about logs
Browsing history, traffic contents, DNS queries. What the traffic counter actually is. How long operational records are kept. Where the policy revision date lives.

Terms, refunds and support
The user agreement should live on a site, not only inside a chat bot. It usually covers the nature of the service, auto-renew and lawful use. Separately: what happens to money if you change your mind.
Vinipuch publishes terms, privacy and refunds. The refund line is plain: cash refunds are not available. Support is the Telegram bot. Do not send tokens, login cookies or wallet secrets there.
Billing: a stored card, or a balance
Ask whether a card is charged on its own and whether you can pay without a standing attachment. SBP (Russia's Faster Payments System) and cryptocurrency matter for many readers paying in rubles.
Vinipuch runs on a ruble balance. Top-up is SBP or cryptocurrency. A plan is a one-off debit from the balance. Auto-renew from the balance only if you enabled it. The service does not charge a card by itself.
Client: an official core, not a file from chat
Ask which client to install and from where. A random installer from a chat adds someone else's code. An official core narrows the surface support can actually follow.
Vinipuch uses only official sing-box: SFI on iPhone, SFA on Android, SFW on Windows, SFM on macOS, SFL on Linux. The download page picks the store or the file. Third-party shells are not recommended.
Protocol: what the stack does and what it does not
Ask which transport is used and what it does not do. Transport protects the session. It does not erase site accounts and it does not sell anonymity.
Vinipuch uses VLESS · Reality on sing-box on every plan. Reality checks the server by public key on TLS 1.3. That is not an invisibility mode. Boundaries are in the protocol guide and in the article on why Reality is not anonymity.
Plans, quotas, devices — before you pay
Limits should be visible before purchase. This article does not freeze device counts or gigabytes: they live on the plan card and would go stale here.
Vinipuch: Economy, Standard, Comfort, Premium. One stack on all of them. Plan quota does not roll over. Bought extra traffic does. Device packs and a +1 slot are one-off purchases; a +1 slot lasts for the current quota period. A trial shows length, quota and device limit before you confirm.
How the service earns money
Ask whether access is paid or “free until an ad appears”. The money model explains why a service wants your data and attention.
Vinipuch sells access from the balance. The comparison with free services is categorical, not a “cheaper than brand X” table.
Managed service or your own server
Your own node means more control over infrastructure and more work. A managed service means a ready profile, a public data contract and support. That is a fork, not a sermon.

Walk the list before you top up any bot or site. A missing public answer is still an answer.
