Plan quota resets every month and does not roll over. Purchased extra traffic is a different rule: unused volume rolls over to the next month, as the pricing page states. The FAQ is softer (“may roll over”) — this article follows pricing. Device limits are on the plan card. Add-ons are one-off purchases from the ruble balance in the bot or cabinet. Cash refunds are not available.
Two different “traffics”
Plan quota comes with Economy, Standard, Comfort or Premium and lives with the plan period. Purchased extra traffic is a one-off on top of that quota. Mixing them is the usual “I still had gigabytes” ticket.

What the product says when traffic runs out
FAQ: buy extra traffic in the bot or web cabinet. Notifications arrive in Telegram. That is not the same as “the tunnel will not start” — import and OS permission have a separate checklist.
Plan quota: every month, no rollover
Plan quota resets every month and does not roll over. Unused quota does not pile up across months. That is a plan rule, not a promotion.
What happens at zero quota beyond “buy extra” is not spelled out publicly — we will not promise a slow unlimited leftover.
Extra traffic: one-off purchase and rollover
Extra traffic is a one-off debit from the ruble balance in the bot or cabinet. Unused purchased extra traffic rolls over to the next month — that is the pricing wording. FAQ and the payment explainer say “may”: this article follows pricing.
Whether extras last beyond that next month if still unused is not documented. We do not invent a multi-month scheme. Packet prices are not frozen here — see the bot, cabinet and pricing.
Devices and +1 slot
The current device limit is on the plan card. This article does not hardcode a number.
A purchased +1 slot lasts for the current quota period. It is not a permanent extra forever beyond that period.
When to upgrade the plan versus buying extra
Extra traffic fits if the period is still running and quota ran out. A higher plan fits if you need a different device limit or a different quota size for the next periods.
Moving to a higher plan is instant, with a proportional top-up for the rest of the period. Whether leftover quota from the old plan rolls over at that moment is not stated beyond the proportional charge — we do not invent it. We do not push a specific plan.
Paying for add-ons
Balance top-up is SBP or cryptocurrency. Plans and add-ons debit the balance once. Auto-renew from balance only if you enabled it. No card or wallet auto-charges.
Trial access
Activated in the Telegram bot. Length, quota and device limit are shown before you confirm. This article does not freeze a trial duration.
Refunds
Cash refunds are not available, including if you did not use the quota. Details are in the refund policy.
