What is the Vinipuch ruble balance?

The Vinipuch ruble balance is an internal account. You top up via SBP or cryptocurrency, then buy a plan or an add-on once. Auto-renew from the balance only if you enabled it. The service does not charge a card by itself. Cash refunds are not available: leftover rubles are not sent back to a card.
The payment provider confirms the top-up. Then rubles sit on the balance.
Economy, Standard, Comfort and Premium debit the balance. Prices are on the plan card.
Referral and promo credit also live on the balance and are not a cash payout.
