What is online privacy?

Online privacy is control over what data about you is collected and how long it is stored. The core principle is minimization: a service should process only what its work is impossible without. Vinipuch follows it literally: account, payments, access setup and total traffic volume; we do not keep browsing history.
Every site and app leaves a digital trail behind you: address, device, time, actions. Privacy starts with the question “what is being recorded at all?” — and an honest service answers it publicly, not in fine print.
Data minimization is the practical criterion: the less a service stores, the less can be lost or handed over. We publish the full list of processed data and retention periods in the logging and retention policy.
A VPN covers one layer of the problem — traffic between you and the server. The rest is habits: separate passwords, attention to app permissions, and understanding who you trust with your data.
