What does DNS mean in the Vinipuch policy?

Published: 2026-08-25 · Updated: 2026-09-20

DNS turns a site name into an address. Vinipuch does not record user DNS queries, does not keep browsing history and does not store traffic contents. The traffic counter is a byte total for the period, without destination addresses. The service does not promise absolute no-logs: operational records for the account, payments and safety exist.

The canonical wording is the logging policy. An educational page does not replace it.

This is not a workshop on running your own resolver and not a promise of invisibility.
